Please see below the learning in 6S for the Wc 18.03.24

Maths: We reviewed our practice papers from the previous week and addressed misconceptions. We also dived deeper into our statistics unit, looking at dual bar charts and line graphs.

Writing: We are approaching the end of our Firework Maker's Daughter unit, with the class writing a narrative on the plot points of Lila facing Razvani and then becoming reunited with her father. The class were also lucky enough to have a guest doing a Shakespeare workshop on Thursday afternoon.

D&T: A really lovely lesson with the children preparing and cooking a range of Mezze dishes including Tatsziki, Baba Ghanoush and Kofte.

Art: On Friday afternoon, the class designed their eggs as part of the school Easter tradition. 'Egg Sheeran' is certainly the highlight!

Geography: The class looked at the potential issues arising from urbanisation in some of the capital cities of North America, such as Mexico City, Washington DC and Ottawa.
