This week in Maths Year 5 started their new unit of multiplication and division. We have been learning all about multiples and factors and how numbers that appear in more than one times table is known as a common multiple. 

In English, we have continued with our sentence stacking looking at David Attenborough's life. In History, we have continued our work on the Suffragettes, and learnt about the sacrifice that Emily Davison made in order to give women the vote. The class have been working really hard with Mr Watson in PE this week, putting into practice their tag-rugby skills.
Finally, this week 5E have been busy with cardboard and tape and have started to produce their CAMS toys and learning all about creating strong and sturdy frames.
