It's been another busy week in Year 3 with amazing learning taking place.

In English, we have continued looking at our book The Last Bear. This week, we have looked at how the relationship between April and the polar bear has blossomed, using adjectives to describe, personifications, commas and speech marks.

In RSHE, pupils have been looking at outside body changes, discussing changes that they can and cannot control.

In Science, pupils completed a Science investigation to identify which objects were magnetic or non-magnetic. Pupils created their predictions and then completed the experiment and assessed whether their own prediction was correct or incorrect. The sharpener had many questions as one side was magnetic, but the other side was not. Pupils then wrote a sentence to discuss when a magnet repels or attracts.

In Religious Education, we continued our learning about Sikhism, pupils explored the day-to-day life of a Sikh and discussed some of the ways Sikhs practice their faith to help them live a good life.

In Geography, pupils have looked at London and Paris and compared the two cities. Pupils used their iPad to research various information about each city.
