Wow - only three weeks into the new year and we have achieved so much as a class. Mrs T and I are incredibly proud of each child. The only class in school to win the double - Attendance and Behaviour Cup. 100% attendance is an amazing feat!
Reading has been a huge focus for us in Class Lewis and it is paying off! All of us have earned our 10-point reading certificate and we are reading each day! Some of us have also improved our reading ages, which has meant we have moved up a book band. We are excited to use the school library and choose more books to read!
This pupil has done something very special - they have become Golden Pupil and Star of the Week in the same week! She has impressed Mrs T by being hardworking, enthusiastic and always putting in 110%. She has impressed me by being a true Howard role model and being such a well-loved member of our class. Keep this up superstar!
Well done to this pupil for winning Bramble's Behaviour out of the whole school. He impressed with his impeccable manners to visitors in the school - a true role model!
So incredibly proud of this pupil for being chosen for the Phonics Award out of the whole school. He has impressed so many teachers with his amazing reading of Cat in the Hat and using his phonics knowledge to help him read tricky words. He's had a complete transformation with his reading, always wanting to read- keep this up!
