Howard pupils skipped to it with a visit from Guinness World Record holder Pete Denis.
Mr Denis, who calls himself Skip-Beatz, visited Gaywood’s Howard Junior School to help promote healthy lifestyles.
The current world record holder for skips in a minute doing crossovers managed to complete 110 in 60 seconds.
He is known for his glow in the dark skipping with neon lights combined with dance music.
Executive headteacher Gregory Hill said: “Skip-Beatz inspired us all with world record standard skipping and motivational talks; plus the whole school were skipping to his amazing music compiled by a top DJ for him.”
This was his first visit to Norfolk and it involved all classes taking part in skipping workshops.
