Pupils from Howard Junior School took a walk on the wild side by participating in a photo shoot with a difference for the World Wildlife Fund.
Youngsters were treated like famous models after having Cat Finlayson, from bodypaintingbycat.com, paint their hands with breath-taking pieces of hand art, before being photographed for a national campaign.
The school was chosen for the photo shoot after producing a a Wear it Wild youtube video last year, which appeared on the WWF website as a flagship example of what schools can do.
Headteacher Gregory Hill said: “This is a great honour for Lynn and also shows how hardworking and caring our pupils are for helping charities, thus showing excellent citizenship skills.”
Wear it Wild is WWF’s annual fundraising event which takes place on Friday, May 27.
Workplaces, schools and homes up and down the land, people will be donning wildlife-inspired fancy dress and raising money to save wildlife at the same time.
