More than £400 has been raised by a 10-year-old girl who had some of her flowing locks cut off for charity.
Jessica Richardson, who attends the Howard Junior School, went under the scissors of hairdresser Helen Peckover, pictured front left, last Thursday in aid of the Little Princess Trust.
The charity provides wigs for youngsters who have lost their hair as a result of cancer treatment.
And Jessica’s effort has so far raised £405.25 for the cause, more than the £350 cost of making a single wig.
Her mum Natarli said: “People are still sending me money.”
