King’s Lynn primary school gets support from Johnny Vegas
Youngsters from a Lynn school raised more than £1,464.35 for Comic Relief with help from comedian Johnny Vegas.
Howard Junior School pupils released a YouTube video for Red Nose Day which was re-tweeted and supported by Johnny.
Once again teachers and pupils at the Parkway school threw themselves into the event by organising a host of activities.
Youngsters took part in a 40,000 sponsored bounce. But they actually accomplished 110,000 bounces.
Pupils were also given the opportunity to paint a funny face on their teachers plus there was a massive cake sale.
Headteacher Greg Hill was delighted with the total raised.
Pupils and teachers are pictured above.
