Week Beginning 7.5.24 This week everything at Forest School has got a lot more green! The leaves are covered with their fresh new leaves and the surrounding plants have sprung into life, the sun was also out and summer has definitely made an appearance!
Week beginning 29.4.24 This week the sun has arrived! It has been very sunny and warm, which was great for the Forest Schoolers.
Week beginning 22.4.24 This week the Forest Schoolers were very lucky to have some visitors from the Sculthorpe Moor nature reserve to talk to us about their work. They explained about their Peregrine Falcon project at Norwich Cathedral, and we were able to learn about this magnificent bird as well as learn about other birds of prey and other birds.
Week beginning 15.4.24 This week at Forest School we noticed our Forest School area looked a lot different from when we left. The trees have new leaves on them and everything is coming back into life for summer.
Week beginning 25.3.24 This week was our last week before Easter break, so we were lucky enough to complete an Easter egg hunt. We hunted down 2 halves to complete a whole Easter egg and once we had found both, we could claim our chocolate reward! Some of the eggs were hidden in tricky places, and we all worked together to find all the eggs.
Week beginning 19.3.24 This week was warmer, so much so that the ladybirds had woken up for spring. We even spotted our first bee and butterfly of the year too!
Week beginning 11.3.24 This week was a bit rainy and muddy, which added to the fun!
We had a great time enjoying the mud and even had time for a hot chocolate made using the storm kettle to warm us up!
Week beginning 4.3.24 This week we decided to help the wildlife by having a litter pick.
Week beginning 26.2.24 This week at Forest School we saw lots of signs of spring.
Week beginning 12.2.24 This week we have seen so much wildlife in our Forest school.

Week beginning 29th January This week we were very excited as our free trees from the Tree council were delivered so we could plant them.
